Lettuce wrap w/fried fish: cheap, fast and little to none clean up time
-Go to any asian super market, pick out a tilapia (or any fish you like), have them clean/deep fry it for free and buy some lettuce. use your favorite salad dressing as dipping sauce. it should only cost you between $4-$5. if it costs more than that, you're doing something wrong.

When I was in college, I got a rice cooker as a gift. That was my staple. Large bag of rice from costco, flat of green beans, pinto, and black beans. Rice cooker cooks a ton of rice easy and perfect. heat green beans/beans in micro. Find affordable meat. Actual meal for HELLA cheap and quick.
I lived on that.

Healthy Choice dinners for 99 cents. Pay a little more to not eat terrible (flavor and nutrition wise). Although varieties of food will vary cuz they didn't always have this stuff. Also, as for the "cup of noodles" route, they do have this particular brand they sell where the noodles aren't fried. Cup O'Noodles and Maruchan Instant Lunch both fry their noodles before packaging.
