Thanks and don't mind at all. It's a 2011 model so it was on sale for $480.

Specialized Hard Rock Disc
No idea what level components but they're nothing special. Tektro discs brakes, Shimano shifters, SRAM cassette,Shimano Altru derailures, Alex rims,.etc.etc.
I love it. Remember I'm coming from a 15 y/o chromolly, cantilever brakes bike so this is heaven for me! lol

check out the giant revel 0. about the same price but has a 4" travel front fork which will make longer distances more comfortable.

hybrid bikes suck. you'll get one, you'll hate it, then you wont be able to sell it.

I'm in the market for a new road bike. I sold my full DA/Ksyrium SL Giant TCR C-Zero about 2 years ago and I am having pangs of desire.

I probably won't get a DA bike again this time, but I did at the time because it was a 2-year-old leftover at the bike shop I used to work for. I can still get a great deal on something, but more than likely I'll get a SRAM Force or Ultegra gruppo.
