Fuji Says its 19.7 Lbs, but here is a pic of new hotrod. I've ridden it everyday since I've got it, and it just gets better and better. The great thing about this bike, is the Roubaix, the Roubaix RC and the Roubaix Pro all have the exact same frame (CF fork and Seat stays) just different components, so If I want to upgrade in the future I will be basically getting the more expensive bike one piece at a time.

I just got this new-to-me Schwinn "world" <- only sticker on the bike aside from Schwinn, blue "W", white "orld", but it is super tall and I have to tippy toe it to get on and I'm 5'10!
I can snap a pic and hopefully you guys can help me find out what it is exactly. I would like to see also if anyone is interested in trading for a shorter bike...

Here's mine - off road:
I got this off CL back in '06 for around $200, and have since broken/upgraded a lot of the parts. The only thing left untouched is the bottom bracket and chainrings, but the drivetrain is getting swapped out in a couple weeks. Just got the Avid Juicy Ultimate brakes and they are lots of fun. Overkill to be sure, but couldn't beat the price. My bike has not been this clean in months, so I took a pic.
BTW I am finally ready to admit that I could use rear suspension, but not ready to let go yet!
And on road:
I have put up a pic of this before, and not much has changed except lots of miles have been put on. This was custom built mostly by a friend, it's a track frame with a Shimano Nexus 8speed rear hub fit by me. Took some minor tweaking, and yes it does add weight but it's fun to climb with ease and haul down hills now (tho I need a front brake now haha)...
I have been putting a lot more miles on my bikes lately and it's been a blast. Last week I rode the MTB all over SF to see friends/get beers, and then put on my new brakes and rode as fast as I could from GG park to Caltrain to catch the last train home - that was a fun ride. Also went to SJ and rode my black bike around from SJ caltrain and visited some friends over near Ried-Hillview and then back to the train. Waiting on backordered roof racks for my wife's car since I sold my Justy (w/ racks). No more 3cyl/4person/4bike trips anymore!

Had a trek 360 2 days ago, until someone decided to break into my apartment and steal it. So now I have a $40 craigslist special, which came equipped with non-functional front breaks, more rust than I care to describe, and 4 out of the 21 gears actually work. The tires seem to be holding air pressure, but they are cracked and look like they are about to go. Overall, pretty good find for $40 on short notice.
