So because you broke a less severe crime, you should be excused from the penalty?

Top Gear actually had a funny standpoint on parking tickets in relation to other crimes. They felt that if you have had something stolen from you (Clarkson and Mae both had TVs stolen) you should be excused from trivial parking tickets until the police return your TV

What part of sac? Gotta slow it down in that area.

I know that a lot of times going towards Davis (bay area --> Sac) on 80 @ the 113 junction, there is a cop that posts in the big grassy area.
