This is very well written and does expose some weakness in the gsw offense.
If your roll players don't play well, and the D stays at home on your shooters, you need to adjust.
With little to no inside game and post up player , gsw better hope some one else shows up and gets hot.

I'll take some time to read it later. But it's nothing the Warriors haven't displayed during small stretches of the season. They get behind early, and they throw up panic 3 pointers and long 2s, usually missing them. Just as bad as a turnover and it just helps fuel the opponents.

They're not great at half court offense, but they can make it work if they do their part defensively and don't fall behind by double digits.

 

And please feel free to start your own "I hate the warriors" thread so those of us that are fans don't have to read your incessant drivel. Sigma Pi (a Dodgers fan) at least does it right when he chimes in in the Giants threads. There are a lot of places that would be more appropriate places for your thoughts, this "Warriors thread" certainly isn't one of them.

it was a defensive grind fest, but it was inside out basket ball being played the right way
they didn't always run to the 3 point line on a fast break
spurs heat both yrs had good ratings and Spurs are a tiny market
the Finals are televised nationally, so market isn't a big deal compared to regular season games
no one out side of Spurs fans and PTR are going to want to catch a Spurs vs Milwaukee bucks game if its not on NBA tv or TNT

Warriors need offense and energy. I expect to see Iggy in there starting and D.Lee soon after if Barnes isn't picking up the slack. Gotta adjust, and the Warriors haven't.

I know Lebron isn't Jordan, but if he wins the championship for Cleveland, with Love/Irving/Verajao all out, I might as well crown him now as the best. Dude basically can lift a team to the crown practically himself. He wasn't able to do it without 2 other guys, such as Bosh/Wade, but this series he's doing something he wasn't able to do when he started 1st in Cleveland, and that is bring the championship home all on his back.

We'll see if the Warriors bounce back, Curry/MVP cannot play as terrible as he has. Lebron can carry his team, Curry needs to pick it up. Thompson sucks too, the adjustments up top suck... and please if I have to see Ezeli in there I'm going to cry, I rather have Speights, at least that boost the offense, which is where they are sucking.

The defense is fine, Lebron will get his and they'll be under 100pts, the offense is stumped by Cleveland's D, and that's where the adjustments need to take place.

 

That's an excellent excuse for losing to those LA choke artists with ironically, no bench of their own.
