What you aren't realizing is that the Spurs WERE better than the warriors. But their time has come and passed. The warriors are on a huge upswing with young talent and a solid roster. Even if they don't win this year they have a good couple of years for a solid chance with this coach and this roster.

By your logic Pikka Birdman is also a better player than Curry because he has a ring riding the heat bench.

Must win tonight. Excited to see Lee back out there. even if he doesn't start I expect to see some serious minutes there. Didn't see enough of Speights I think there will be some serious changes and a much better game tonight

I wouldn't be so sure about the warriors future.
Green is likely leaving for more money, bench guys aren't giving them anything this series, and Barnes is a no show.

I'll just leave this right here...

Sarcastic Kerr: LeBron's slide tackle on Curry definitely legal | CSN Bay Area

Lebron is bleeding from his head, and the refs just let him play without getting stitched up. Gotta love special exceptions for superstars!

End of first half, still don't like how Kerr straight up abandons the pick and roll with Lee, simply because they're in the lead. Gotta use Lee's strengths. The Cavs are double teaming Curry after the screen and leaving the roller free to the lane. Can't believe Kerr doesn't see that.

I don't know why Blatt is letting Dellevenobody handle the ball. Lebron should have the ball in his hands at all times on offense. Dellevenobody should just play his role, stand there, and get out of Lebron's way on offense. Not pretend like he is Curry and initiating the offense and jacking up 3's.

Della-its-over, hope you enjoyed your 15 minutes of fame. There's a good hospital in Oakland in case you get too tired getting beat on defense this weekend.

No surprises here folks. Except that Lebron decided he didn't want to get another 40 points.

Warriors win, but they gave up way too many offensive rebounds to the Cavs. 16 offensive rebounds leading to 2nd chance (sometimes 3rd or 4th chance) points. We were lucky they weren't making their shots and that Iguodala had a good shooting night. Been saying since the series started that they need to box out.

Kerr put Lee in the game, but didn't maximize his strengths. No pick and rolls.

Bogut seems pissed that he's been taken out of the lineup. Those fouls were the "I don't give a ****" type fouls. I wonder if he's mad at Kerr lol

Good win, but can't rely on Iguodala making those shots all the time. Still need to clean up the rebounding mess.

He's tired. He's been scoring like that because the ball is in his hand almost every minute of the game.
Game 1. 46 minutes. 38 shots. Plus 10 FT.
Game 2. 50 minutes. 25 shots and 18 FT.
Game 3. 46 minutes. 34 shots. 12 FT.
Game 4. 41 minutes. 22 shots. 10 FT.

His stats seem great because he's been touching it so much. But what that leads to his fatigue. He's not 23 anymore.

I've been saying it the whole damned time. The key to the warriors winning is making Lebron play defense. You know he's going to carry the ball and shoot 25-35 times a game plus 10-15 FT's. That's a given. He's gonna score 35-45 points most nights because he has to. So you know you're not gonna stop that. Play tough hard defense. Play high mobility offense. Lots of picks. Lots of passing. Etc. Make the dude move. If you're within 10 points going in to the 4th you're gonna win.

But it was pretty clear that he was very tired this game and he rested. So he took a little time off this game and he's got some rest coming at him. I would not expect this same Lebron. I'd expect game 2 Lebron. This next game is critical. Warriors have to come out on fire.
