Try Adobe's Premiere Elements

I have the bundle of Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements and they are a good solution. It's cool to collect up you fav video clips and make a DVD.

Adobe Premiere, Avid, Pinnacle Studio. That's pretty much what I use here at work, and I'm in charge of Video Production.
