i couldn't believe they couldn't stop duhon/lee pick and roll...that's just ridiculous. that's the stuff nash and stoudamire used to do in phoenix...i couldn't believe how good dlee looked tonight. warriors sux.

why is nellie keep pulling out a. randolph when he seems to be the only player playing w/ intensity?? and any efford on defense for that matter. im beginning to question nellie's judgement and rotation...

and as for al...what a game he had. so much for that back spasm.

The warriors have absolutely no team chemistry. I hope they dump half their roster (Maggette, Crawford, Wright, Turiaf, Morrow, Bellinelli, and Kurz) and try to make a run for one of the free agent all-stars in 2010.

good news....road trip is over.
bad news.....the season isn't.

lol.......seriously, W's are in such disarray, it's not even funny anymore. getting rid of Nellie and Rowell should be the first moves. finding a competent replacement for Mullin should be next on the list. Leadership+success comes from the top.

9ers are having similar woes cuz of the clowns they have running things. Ever since Eddie D got shut out, the organization+team has been in the toilet.

well that, and the salary cap went into effect during that time. That super bowl they won with Steve Young, Deion Sanders, Rice, Young, Stubblefield, etc was like the Yankees trying to buy a championship, except it actually worked

i have a good feeling about this warriors/heat game. maybe cuz the heat just called a to for 9-0 run by the W's but i dk, it just feels good. hopefully crawford is motivated by the home town fans seeing as its his first home game

introduction of the salary cap has changed pro sports by making dynasties real rare, but the 9ers squad that won the last Super Bowl wasn't really Yankee$-esque. all the players you mentioned were already on the team for years. only hired gun was Deion.

W's will never have to worry about being accused of trying to buy a ring tho. even if they tried to lure guys, i really doubt that any true superstar would want to sign w/them. b-diddy was the biggest star they've had in a long time, but he's no lebron, kobe, or d-wade.

speaking of wade, that dunk he had on wright was pretty nasty. i've never really liked wade much, but i gotta admit, the guy is exciting to watch and real explosive. he goes to the hole harder than just about anyone in the league.

lmao, another reason the warriors are a joke now. This is the 2-3rd time this season they had a win wrapped up and gave it away.

oh well, this loss doesn't hurt any worse than the other 6 straight before tonight......million chances to put the game away, but they couldn't cash in on any of them. beasley still even gave them one last chance by missing the second FT.

jamal had a good home debut. if that shot would've fallen, it would've been a GREAT coming out party.

the saga continues.......

but during those years before they won the last superbowl, Debartolo loaded the team up like no other. I forgot to mention Ken Norton Jr, Gary Plummer, Merton Hanks, John Taylor, and a bunch of others I've most likely missed. Most of them (plus the others I listed previously) were an all-star probowler at least once (many of them multiple times) in their careers and all had a pretty expensive contract (the only exception was Deion) to boot. So u could say Debartalo bought a championship for the team in 95.

But like I said, when the salary cap came into effect, the 49ers went straight downhill from there, because they had one of the biggest budgets in the league in the early 90s.
