well i paid 38$ for the referee ....and they give me certificate ......and 1 weeks leter the bill came 498$ ...i was like ohh **** ..........and yeah u also need to go traffic school for ur record

its not a moving violation, so how can you go to the class to have it removed?

I used to be a smog ref in santa rosa. Rick is an *******!! dont go to that one. You have to have all cats, pre cats etc.
EGR is a must.
you cant have that PCV breather filter thats a no no.
just put on the oem intake.
make sure you don't have any aftermarket vacuum line, trust me 90% of aftermarket "silicon" line dosent meet oem requirements for off gassing.
the fuel system must be 100% stock, no regulators or anything.
they will look for any and evey 02 sensor.
check engine light must work.
If your fuel computer is hidden by your stock ecm you might be safe, but we would look for a aftermarket ECUs.
boost controllers are a no go.
timing has to be in spec.
Idel speed has to be in spec.
I live in napa if you want to barrow my smog books you are more then welcome too. All intercoolers are 100% legal though...FMIC etc.

make sure your cooling system is up to par. we pooped a lot of ghetto!!! civics
If your car leaks and fluids, water, oil, gas it is a instant fail!
