Anyone actually been to the ref?

 

Yeah, he didnt physically check for my cat... my car is too low to see anything anyways. If I come in with a cat in place they wouldn't know a difference.

The BOV I can turn around 180 degrees and route a pipe into the intake.

Question, do smog stations or state ref's actually test for EGR? Not just the sniffer... but test if EGR is working or not... because i'm pretty confident i can pass smog with no EGR.

Question #2, do I go to court or state ref first? Is it possible if I show up to court with information about my cat-back and filter the judge can drop these offenses?

Sorry to hear, but it's getting very difficult to get away with stuff. One of the reasons I got rid of my Scooby

 

If you get an **** ref, anything not stock (looking) will fail visual.

 

I've been to the ref, but usually my car is burning cleaning than a brand new civic by time I get to the ref (=

I've heard it's pass or fail, no what ifs, no nothin, unless the ref in your area is cool *COUGH COUGH*

I got pulled over for greddy evo exhaust...supposedly if u modify your exhaust in anyway its illegal. even if its just the tip or full exhaust.
