And I'm with brucelee on location over $$... pay in Vancouver is maybe 40% lower than the Bay Area, but I'm going to look for a job hard here when I grad. Just too many hotties. :devil:

 

also consider cost of living, because making 30K here and 30K in maryland are totally different, if you are offered more money than here AND you move to MD, that would be a SWEET deal.

BUT family is way more important than any kind of $, unless the money lets you bring the family

pay would be double my old job (about) with incentives to make alot more (ie if i get my ccie i get XXXXX more a year.

SO pay should be pretty damn good from what i can tell.

Pretty much have made my decision, just have to await their offer now.

ya the family thing will suck but wont be to bad with round trip tickets being only 170 from sac to dulles they can come bug the crap out of me when ever. (jet blue rocks)
