Well now.... Sacramento Kings stay... so there goes the neighborhood in midtown.
Any good spots or areas for reference for a hobby shop?
Some big shot just bought my body shop's property lot which includes whole block from one street to the other. Democratic PAC firm bought it for redevelopment and planning to level whole block for some other purpose. He's planning to buy more and level more land. I am open to suggestions in Davis, West Sac, Sacramento....... open to suggestions or pointers.
I was planning on attending BAM as a vendor until brick wall hit me. Now I will attend as a normal attendee! Sorry Ray for the slow response of whether or not I'll be a vendor, just been unnerving lately.

What about South Sac or Rancho? Lots of industrial space.....I know crime is higher and it's more out of the way (and more competition), though.

Davis area ---> Olive Drive area.
Sac Area ---> totally open minded
West Sac ---> totally open minded too
Waiting for phone calls back from brokers and property management so far.
