I went today, and man it sucked. Rainy the whole freaking day. Like you said tonight should bring a ton of powder for tomorrow. I used to be all crazy in the park and stuff but have been surfing much more lately.
sidenote: as soon as I got home, I changed my tranny fluid, and tried to do my rear diff but that damn rear diff plug won't budge.

I really want to be up there right now, but I am stuck at my desk at work.
I might do a daytrip tomorrow, but it is really rough driving from the bay and back by yourself and snowboarding for a day.

Well the powder was insanely deep. Waist deep. It was difficult to ride fast since Dodge does not get steep enough for my taste, but it was insane.
My friend let me borrow a wide 165cm board for today. Should make the powder that much more fun.

Try out this site for snow predictions. Here is Dodge's page, but they have it for all resorts in CA (that I know of) http://www.snowforecast.com/DodgeRidge
They found the missing snowboarder @ Alpine Meadows. Looks like she got separated from her wolfpack and went worse from there. RIP
