^^ the first thing my drivers-ed teacher told me was this. She said someone did the same thing to her, and tried to sue them although the offending party was at-fault. She took it upon them being honest and nice, but it turned out otherwise.

That sucks! I a few years back, I was backed into in a parking lot in the middle of the day in my black bugeye. I was blocked in by other cars with nowhere to go and literally honking the horn the entire time watching this guy back right into my car. First he complained that my car was black and he couldn't see it (in the middle of the day???). Then when I told him I was honking the whole time, he said he had an ear infection and couldn't hear. Sadly there was a good deal of damage, but at least his insurance took care of it.

I just drove back from the totally hazardous blizzard-like driving conditions in Tahoe this morning, unscathed. I'm literally 100 feet from my parking garage when I get backed into by some douche. What are the chances. Probably pretty high considering the amount of clueless hippy trash in SF.
I was behind this guy and he stopped because he missed a parking spot or something. So he starts backing up in the middle of the ****ing street. To make it worse, he doesn't even look behind him! Who the **** backs up and doesn't look back? Apparently this guy. I see his reverse lights and so I start backing up too, only this dude is coming back too fast and there's a car behind me so I can only back up so far. I lay on the horn and the dude doesn't even slow down. Slams right into my front bumper.
Dude gets out of his ****ty Chevy Cobalt. Fat hippy micheal moore long-hair lookalike with some stupid hippy **** written on a tshirt 2 sizes too small. "Sorry man, I didn't even see you there. Looks like theres no damage though." (he was right, but I wish there was because this dude needs to learn some kind of lesson.)

and drinking her coffee. a chick did this to my GF last week. the chick was going non stop calling her a C*&^ and *****. then she proceeded to tailgate her. bad move,GF was driving the superduty. she had to stop quickly merging onto 680 from 580 and the chick caved in her hood on the hitch/shackle. it crushed her hood,windshield and broke both motor mounts,cracking the valve cover on her car. oh,it was a cobaly too. i was upset,she scratched the paint on my shackle.

she got out of the truck,walked to the back and smiled at her. called PD and waited. when they got there they took pics. when they were done she put it in 4wd and pulled off her car and drove away. she came home and told me what happened. if she hadnt i would have never know since there wasnt even a scratch on the truck.
maybe i should get a truck then
yesterday, i was heading north on a 3 lane street.. the left most lane was gonna turn into a left turn lane but most ppl don't notice that since it's a straight for a while
well, i'm in the center lane and i've gotta head up another mile or so.. dude in a toyota suv in the left lane sees that his lane is about to turn left so he immediately darts in front of me.. i lay my horn and the ****er still keeps going without even signalling.. both lanes going straight were packed too.. geezus these morons around here aren't too bright either
