Really confused pulled over for fix it but no yellow paper or sign!?

Yup - exactly. Signing the ticket does not admit guilt. If you receive a ticket and refuse to sign, they can arrest you since you didn't agree to attend court.

Its also possible that they might send it directly to your dad given he is the registered owner.

i never said about admitting to guilt i said non guilt and that youre responsible to show up in court. and i have never heard of that happening before where it gets sent to my dad. all the fix its ive gotten were in my name and given to me.

My recommendation is that you pay the ticket and forget about it....

If you procrastinate you will pay double or triple the initial cost in fee's...

Trust me. It's happened to me!

yeah your good bro you didnt sign anything. Funny to see this post cuz yesterday i got pulled over for no front license plate and my registration is due, just havent gotte the sticker yet tho. Cop straight asked me if I was on probation or anything and I was of course not sir, and he told me nice car and let me go. Haha every once in a while cops are actually nice, I see it as my blessing for the day haha

but i have never had a ticket mailed to my dad. every fix it has been in my name even when i was under 18. chp city and sheriff.

ahh thank you, sciatic nerve pain is almost gone maybe once in a day or two ill get a small shoot down my leg just sore from surgery but thats about it.

just came in mail under my dads name.
oh just realized front plate is on there too. never told me what it was cited for.
