Really confused pulled over for fix it but no yellow paper or sign!?

I don't believe signing a ticket admits to guilt, I think it's there as a signature that you will attend court on the day that you need to go (which is forfeit if you just pay the fine).
Fixit tickets may be different though as you need to repair something and get someone to sign off on it

i never said about admitting to guilt i said non guilt and that youre responsible to show up in court. and i have never heard of that happening before where it gets sent to my dad. all the fix its ive gotten were in my name and given to me.

My recommendation is that you pay the ticket and forget about it....
If you procrastinate you will pay double or triple the initial cost in fee's...
Trust me. It's happened to me!
Happy Birthday BTW and sorry that cop was such a d1ck :/

yeah your good bro you didnt sign anything. Funny to see this post cuz yesterday i got pulled over for no front license plate and my registration is due, just havent gotte the sticker yet tho. Cop straight asked me if I was on probation or anything and I was of course not sir, and he told me nice car and let me go. Haha every once in a while cops are actually nice, I see it as my blessing for the day haha
