Pulled over for speeding - will you admit?
Thanks for the advice guys. I just double checked my citation and it was, in fact, local Santa Rosa PD.
From the bit of research I've done it looks like I need to draft the motion and send it to the local PD before my court date. if anyone has any experience with this kind of stuff, it'd be greatly appreciated.

I call it a "speeding tax". You get away with it 99% of the time. That ONE time you get caught you're paying for all those times you didn't, so you're still ahead. If you qualify for traffic school, then even better because no point on license.
