has anyone herd anything on the stromung exhaust?? they look nice but i havent herd anything about them... feedback please! thanks:banana:

i have one on my rs and i love it. its noticeable but nowhere near loud. i just took it on a 1000 mile round trip and i realized halfway home that i couldnt even notice it. maybe i was just used to it by then but i had no problems listening to my radio at levels i listen to when in the city(which is about 15-17 on the stock radio).

I dont know of anyone with stromungs whom have been pulled over.

Never pulled over for that. I have there catback, it is one of the most civil sounding exhausts available, compared to other exhausts Ive heard.

mine is loud >_< but then i also have headers and a RT cat...

looks stock tho... cops look at it then go away

i have cobb intake and catback(stromung rebadged) and its loud at WOT but has a real nice low tone at normal driving speeds

Mine wasnt even loud with no cats and the Borla Header before I took off the header and sold it. My RS is about 1/3rd as loud as my RX-7 with a 3" Catless turboback with a single straight through muffler..

Mines too loud but I have a stock, 1.5" I think, midpipe, no muffler, so it sounds like a catless honda at about 4000. Kinda sux but I just can't get the rest for about a week so I just have to have fun with it for now.

Nice boxer rumble in low revs.

Still waiting to get pulled over tho.

Just got back from a road trip down to New Mexico and noticed a pretty sustantial increase in mileage. Probably around 3-5 more MPG on the highway and I still have the stock midpipe. Maybe 5 hp gain without a real catback to complete the system but I expect about 10 hp at the crank once I get the rest which should be a good 5-7 hp at the wheels. Also has much more pick-up in 5th, no more downshifting to pass in my little 1.8
