update: as of 5:30pmn, we are still riding a bullet train of hope. she is super alert now, but also confused, so when we go into the room, we cant talk to her or touch her, or she freaks out. also, she was sitting up earlier, and mouthing that she wanted her mother, so we are seeing sings of strength and improvement. this girl has a determination and will like no other. we were told she most likely wouldnt make it through the night. that was two days ago...

Sorry to hear about this walter i don't go check the forums that much anymore so i just noticed it now..But the good thing is she is conscious now hopefully that's a sign that she is on her way to a full recovery..So no popeye's for you for a while.. My family will be praying for her..

update: as of 10pm she is still in the positive. its great news for us, as she is not in danger of dying..... thank you all....

Walter, it was really nice goin out and ice skating with you tonight (as well as eating two dinners, lol). I hope you aren't too sick from finishing off that ice cream sundae. I'm glad Jenn is doing better and hopefully she'll be awake tomorrow. I'll give you a call tomorrow. G'nite.

thanks for coming out with me. after a week of stressing at the hospital, i needed to get out, especially since everything is still positive. we gotta find that Tapioca place in Dublin, im in the need for boba

as of this morning, everything is still great! shes being weaned off another medication, and her heart reate is aproaching normal, and theyre going to try and take her off the respirator tomorrow, since shes breaething more on her own....

so everything is still great... thank you all for praying and keeping us in your hearts... thank you all!

by the way, she pushed her breathing tube out of her mouth... WITH HER TONGUE! this girl is resourceful.....
