update: as of 1:50 pm, it appears that her downward slide is hitting something we all like to call BRAKES!!!! yes!! it appears that there is hope, although we arent out of the woods....

her blood pressure is 129/100, her heart rate is 122bpm, her temp is a perfect 98.6* and tehre is NO TRACE of sepsis in her blood... no poisons, no toxins, just pure, clean blood....

on top of that, her kidneys are startung to function again and she is starting to urinate, meaning the fluids that are backed up and have her bloated are staarting to drain, but at a baby step level. this level is better than no steps at all!

as above, we arent out of the woods, but she is starting to head towards the clearing.... thank you all....

( Smitty, call me when you get off work, and let me know when youll be there to see her again, if you want..... im telling you, shes in love with you man.... )

i just came across this thread and i just wanna say my prayers are for both you guys..i too have a gf i love with more than anything and i cant imagine what its like for you right now...i hope things work out for the best for you and your lady....good luck and best of luck to you guys

update: as of 8pm, Jenniffer is realizing that she is in the hospital, and that she is on a respirator, and the tube is in her lungs, because she keeps trying to sit up and freaking out about it. when you go through a seizure, you forget it, which is a good thing, especially in this book....

so things are positive. she is definitely getting more coherent, and she now NEEDS to be sedated, so she can rest.

the hope keeps coming...

 

I'm glad to hear shes making a great recovery. I wanted to stop by yesterday on my way to davis, just to let ya'all know I-clubbers from all around are keeping her in our thoughts, but in my rush to leave the house I forgot to grab your cell phone number

wha??..... federal laws??? im asking for prayers from my friends, and this? yeah, youre right. this is NOT the right time.... this was supposed to be a thread so that i can ask for prayers so my girlfriend could get better. the people who are praying asked for updates, and WILL be updated. i will put all the details they need to know on here.

as far as your post, if you wanna say something like that, PM me...... our whole family ( including Smitty ) reads this thread, her father, grandparents from both sides, mother, uncle, friends....

we do not need ANY form of negativity, no matter how light.....

and if you even THINK about saying i over-reacted to your post, save it until after the crisis has abated....

update: as i woke up late, i called Jenn's mom to see how she was. her mom says she is doing well. thank the lord. im heading out there, and i will keep all of you informed.

update: as of noon, she hass color in her face, and ehr swelling is starting to go down. before, it was scary how swollen she was, but its starting to subside. shes stilla t the point where if they take her off of anything else, she will not make it. but, as things are going, she is slowly turning around.
