me and kevin talked it out.. Kudos to him for being cool about things..

again.. all i want is an answer and the TRUTH.

The more this drags out the more my hunch comes closer to the truth..

all it takes is a city name, then a phone call and its over..

I think it's libel because it's written, whereas slander is spoken???

At any rate, ignorance is never an excuse when it comes to the law. If you're going to talk **** that effects a person's integrity and/or livelyhood, you need to be sure of what you're saying. You're not. You can't back it up. Your false charges are based on absolutely nothing whatsoever.

No Dre, the longer you draw this out and the bigger a deal you make out of it the stupider you're going to look when Ed finally decides to show you his business license whenever the hell he feels like it... if he ever does.

Hence why i am asking him to come forth and set it all straight, because from what he has told me DIRECTLY his story isnt panning out.

He told me via phone that he had a buisness license in danville. I called up danville they have NO RECORDS TIEING ED TO ANYTHING...

NONE

i tried all his known buisness names, and even his real name.. NOTHING

i am now asking him to come forward and set me straight before this goes any further.

Its pretty simple tell me the city, and buisness name it is under, i verify it and if it checks out i go away.

Doesnt get much simpiler..

And FYI i know for a fact he is allready violating one law, even if he is properly licensed and reports all his income properly.

So lets not take it that far if we dont have to.

and jermey, next time you are at the sho.. apartment take a picture of the buisness license he HAS to display for me. Then i will shut up....

so far nothing i have said has been proven false, if you can please prove me wrong, that is WHAT I AM ASKING FOR AFTER ALL...

If he truely does have a business license what is so hard about showing it to a person who could be considered a potential customer? Right dr3, you want ed to tune your car, you just want to make sure his game is ligit

Like I mentioned, every tuning shop in the country is violating multiple laws. As are you. As am I. I don't understand your point.

If Ed is refusing to give you the time of day and answer on here, why on earth would you assume he would tell you over the phone? He probably sent you on a wild goose chase to waste more of your time. Call ten times and I bet you'll get ten different cities

HUGE difference in the enforcement of those laws vs enforcement of TAX and BUISNESS LAWS..

if he isnt operating properly the consumers rights in this case are totaly different, not to mention the fact that most if not all the consumers are consuming his services and products under the assumption or guise that it is a legitimate buisness.

As per his own post in this thread...

I do have a business license and I'm well aware of Ecutek's pricing policy and abide by their rules. Their policy only applies to the sale of the original tune/license and I'm free to charge whatever I want for my time when re-tuning a car with a license already on it.
