who deleted my thread about EQ tunings buisness license?

Care to explain why?

Dont tell me you guys are trying to shield someone who may be potentially commiting fraud.

he did say he had one, and when i checked for it, there wasnt ****..

and to remove my thread with out simply locking it or some other **** is COMPLETE ****ing bull****.

I suggest someone own the **** up and give me a damn good reason not to fly off the ****ing handle at this point..

Seriously, i made efforts to be as ****ing nice as ****ing possible, be as direct and mature as i could be given the bashing, im's, flames, pms, etc.

Please dont tell me ed is crying uncle and having all the dirt on him deleted..

Its simple ed you want it to go away PROVE ME WRONG..

stop crying like a ****ing ***** to the mods, or having your *** *** fan bois do the crying for you.

Don't blame this on Ed. I told you, he's gone for the weekend. He hasn't had access to a computer since Thursday evening.....

I'm much more anti you than I am a fanboi of anybody. I don't get **** for supporting Ed, LIC, or any of the various Subaru companies/tuners/retailers that I like to speak highly of. If you started bashing any of them for reasons I felt were wrong, I would back them up. This is no different.

Ed's a good, honest guy. If you could have had the chance to meet him and chat with him and whatnot, you would have never posted any of this stuff... I'm positive he would have made a good impression on you, as has consistently done for me. Your entire opinion of him is based on a couple internet posts he made where he got suckered into your trap on a thread that he didn't even start. If we all judged you based on your internet actions, we'd have you put down.

Obviously the rules arent so golden, but you know the saying rules were made so people could break them. I do think it is mildly silencing you, but at the sametime i see why they may have. It could be considered potential slander, and if it was seen and let unnoted by a moderater could come back to bite them in the legal ***.

 

It aint slander if it is truthful.

and all i am asking for is confirmation that it is true or false.. At this point i can not tell, hence why it wouldnt be slander or even libel...

if i knew it to be false and continued to say that to defame his character then yes it could be considered libel or slander depending on how i said it..

 

I don't think deleting that thread would have silenced him.
