Friday night Off The Grid at Fort Mason pulls in way more people than BAM honestly. Total attendance over the 5 hours it is open is well over 1500 people if not more then 2000. (My tenant runs a food truck at it)

that is why i did not say all meets haha. I know how big off the grid is. there are plenty of small ones around the bay that have 5-6 trucks come out.

But back on topic, def. looking forward to my first BAM

Yeah it gets crazy out there. We're gonna be lucky to get 750. It'll depend on the next couple weeks. How many vendors I can get on board and how much I can pull out of them for the raffle. But I'm planning on 500-600.

3 trucks... average 200 per truck. $8 a head. $1600 a truck. That's pretty good. It's not huge but it's big enough to warrant them out there.

Start talking 4-5 trucks we start loosing space and they start loosing money. I don't want them getting less than $1000 a piece.

Yup. Sounds like you have it all figured out Ray. I think 2 "food" trucks and 1"dessert" truck sounds like a great idea.

The dessert truck should do really well since most people like ice cream.

'Curry Up Now' have confirmed that they are available and able to make it up the mountain.

Looks like we have a few food options to decide upon a final few

I've been swamped and I've put a hold on reaching out for the moment. I am going to try to connect with Daniel very soon. We're going to go over the lay of the parks. Come up with a few details that are needed and then I'll hit the ground running again.

I need some details before i can really lean on vendors to get locked in and start handing over money. And I'm hoping we can lock down another site... so we'll have the whole place locked down just for us but I need to figure out where that money is going to come from.

My goal is to keep cost down to the vendors and the members. I'm honestly shooting for the neighborhood of $5 for you guys since we're not providing food and I'm going to try to figure out a way to bundle pre-orders so if you pre-order you get a shirt, your entrance, a raffle ticket and parking all in one... just need to figure out if that is possible and what it will take.

Lots of things still going. I hope to have a lot more information for you guys in the next week or so.

Oh and don't forget I am in the mailing business if you are going to want to mail out tickets, shirts, and stuff.

We can do printing and bindery work too if you need someone to print and cut tickets or something.
