Just added another official vendor. I'm talking with 3 other. Also, might have some ultra special shirts in the raffle. Will confirm when I have confirmation. It's gonna be hard for me not to steal one. LOL!

Things are picking back up again. We're gonna do the best we can to make this at the very least a really fun meet. LOL.

I'm going to try to lock in the second food truck this week. So hopefully by weeks end we'll have 4 additional vendors and another food truck locked in. And I'm trying to lock in a sponsor for the car show portion.

Yup and TONS of work to get done. I really need some folks to step up and take the reigns of a few things... the show for one.

I'll need some folks that are willing to head up early and block of parking with me. We need to set up a vendors row and a section for the show cars. Everyone else will just have to fight for what they get.

I need a PA and someone willing to donate an iPod and a playlist or a commercial free pandora account. LOL. We don't need anything crazy loud. This is a picnic bbq vibe event. More talking than dancing. LOL! I'd like the PA so we can make announcements and do the raffle without me having to yell. Believe it or not I have a pretty damned quiet voice. Maybe I'll make phili do the announcements.

Vendors are starting to come alive so that's good. I'll probably start gathering money and raffle prizes next week and and have the prepay set up along with announcements for cost to attendees. It'll be cheap. May not even do prepays because it's gonna be cheap. Not sure.

Woohoo! Way to keep grindin' for the community, Ray! Props to you & the other fellas for your time & effort.

You can definitely count on me to pitch in at the event for y'all!

Also, it looks like I can help w/ what I can starting w/ the day after Labor Day. I'll shoot you my email addy (in case ya don't have it anymore) or text you as soon as I get a clearer picture of my schedule for early-Sept.

Finally, maybe I missed it in this thread or there's already one about it (I don't check in here as much, so my bad then ), how's the T-shirt/hoodie design coming along?

Can we just update Jeremy's (aka Krinkov) "winning" design?

I'm down to get there early and help set up and block off spots. If we don't get a PA, we should just get an air horn. When people hear the airhorn they should report to a specific area. We can talk about it this weekend.

Peep the raffle prizes in the OP folks! It's starting to come in.

Thank you so much to the vendors that are stepping up right now to help up and make this all happen. Whether it's perfect or not we're gonna make the best of it and hopefully set things up for the future.

I'm hoping to get some detail stuff for the raffle, some maintenance stuff and hopefully just more stuff in general. I'm about half way to where I want the raffle to be.

I'm still trying to get a few more vendors to throw down even if they can't go or don't want to deal with setting up a tent. We'll see.
