......A couple of questions:
1)a. What does the "$18/30" represent regarding the t-shirts? My assumption is that $18 is for the regular round of t-shirts, while "$30" for the more expensive extras? I'm asking because I am about to pre-order, but I don't want to send the wrong amount.
b. Is it one t-shirt per person?
2) My "Boss" (spouse) wants to come this year (she came at last years BAM XI, but in my car). However, this time, she wants to drive her own Subaru this time (so 2 separate Subaru's from same fam.).
......point is this: I pre-ordered my ticket already, so she doing the same, however.......she does not plan to stay at BAM XII the entire time. So, if her raffle ticket wins a prize after she already left.....I should be able to claim it for her, right? Since she would've already pre-paid for a ticket.

$18 is for a T-shirt.
$30 is for a Sweatshirt.
You can preorder as many t-shirts as you want to buy.
2)
As long as you hold the raffle stub to claim the prize, then yes you can claim the winning ticket.

Yeah and I have a $2-4 up charge on sizes over XL. I'm going to eat that on the XXL's. But anything over XXL will be special order only and $2 buck more (I'll eat the other $2)

Was just thinking about supplies we'll be needing-- i.e. traffic cones, signage, raffle tix, etc.

Maybe I'll see if my boss wants to be a vendor and I'll throw our logo on the shirt. LOL.
Marshal I think is dealing with the traffic cone situation. If not, I'll pick some up this weekend.
Need to pick up wrist bands. Garbage bags. Couple sharpies. Maybe some name tags if people feel so inclined. LOL. I'll be picking a lot of that stuff up.
I still need to figure out a PA set up with an iPod. Ug.
I probably have raffle tickets sitting around too from my last few charity raffles. I'll check this afternoon and confirm. I also have a clear acrylic raffle box you can use.

I have almost 2 rolls and they're pink-I mean- Cherry Blossom Red.
