Yeah amusing how rustled Maldonado was the entire race and didn't perform well at all. I guess that's the beauty of job security for Bottas.

I can't believe I missed this. I got back from Austin late last night, apparently Adrian Newey was on my connecting flight from Austin to Dallas. The race was awesome, def wanted Hulkenberg to complete that pass on Alonso.

Formula 1 teams fear boring 2014 races after one-stop US GP - F1 news - AUTOSPORT.com

I've always been pissed about the loss in aero and refueling. Bring back the pit stops!

2014 will be fine if RBR isn't dominating again.

Are you going to stop watching completely if that happens?

Possibly. This year is the only year that I actually fast forwarded the races.

Next year should be good. Should have lots of engine failures if the teams start pushing each other.

i think the honda powered teams should be in good shape, being that Honda can leverage their indy car turbo technology.

That won't be until 2015 though, but you're probably right.

Next year will be the proof, if they do good, that they are indeed one of the best if not the best team ever in f1
