^ They didnt ship any.... they had problems at the brewery . You are talking about the Wheat 22oz?
What was with the 22oz - was it a special brew like the Harvest series?

There's always a bunch of the Sierra Wheat at the grocery store I frequent. There was some tonight even! I rarely see the slot empty.
So what beer pairs well with Stouffer's Mac & Cheese?

Beer... How about a rubbish bin?

Seriously though, something light like a lager - Longboard would be an excellent choice but I think you don't like it for some reason. It's light, yeast-less flavor would nicely complement the fairly mild flavors of pasta like mac and cheese, but never had the packaged stuff so I dunno about that. My real suggestion would be a bottle of Augustiner Edelstoff, which is the best lager-style beer I have ever had. Their Helles is similar and a bit drier.
Usually I like a good ale with food, but the yeasty overtones in even something as mild as a Sierra Pale would possibly not be friendly with the subtle flavors of mac and cheese. For example, if I have something like fettucini alfredo, I would not have it with an ale or a dark wine. It would be a lager/helle like Augustiner or a white like Gewurztraminer. American or light hefs could be good too, but something like a Franziskaner would have too much spice to it. IMHO.

While moving stuff into a friends house yesterday she said "I have two beers in the fridge, do you guys want them?" I debated it for .5 seconds and then said sure. She handed me a Lagunitas Maximus IPA..
WOW that was thick, but pretty good. On an empty stomach I was headed towards
We had to run to In n Out to fill my gut!
