Yea, we are throwing around the idea of packets or the big tubs that you pump. Packets create more garbage, but will ultimately be the fastest method. I watched the line and could clearly see where the backup was, but at the time there was nothing that could have been done to speed it up. The only other option would have been to have the ketchup/mustard/mayo immediately after getting the buns and the lettuce/tomato/onion afterwards. But hindsight is always 20/20.

Or we do like they do at ball parks and the race track and what not... have multiple condiment stations that are AWAY from the main area. That way there are multiple outlets.

We'll pow wow over this one for sure.
