I am currently on VZW and my contract has been up for awhile. I am planning to go over to ATT since I'll have reception in my office and my apartment. I'll also be able to use my phone when I am back at home in LA.
Thinking I'll pick up an iPhone 5S and sell that to make up the cost for the N5.

Good idea!!!!!!!!!!!! going to go around the office and see what everyone has and if they get reception.

Since it seems like it'll just be ATTs service I'll see how it goes. Thankfully I am not tied down to a contract and if I want to hop onto a major service provider I can do that whenever I want.

at least give us your first impressions.
Kit-Kat is really smooth. I like the overlay look for notifications and it has a real seemless feel.
Left page from Home is Google Now. Right page is empty, and you can add more of course.
It's wicked fast. REALLY FAST. Downloading all my apps from the store was time consuming, but installing them was very fast. Much faster than the Quad-Core S4 Pro my Find 5 had.
Feels real light, not too fancy. Just straight up business. Camera is nice, but nothing amazing.
I'm not charging the battery until it's dead so I can condition it a bit. Came nearly fully charged.
It will do a software update right away, so expect that.

I'll report on how it goes for me and my area of usage. The biggest reason it seemed appealing is the lack of a contract. If it is **** service I won't hesitate to go to a regular provider.
