The only time mine has done anything like that (it went into boot loop) was when i was playing with the boot logo.. the phone did not like that lol

Try plugging it in and then power/volume buttons

You should be ok as long as you can get to the boot loader screen

Can you power up with the buttons held down to get into the OEM boot loader screen?

it does nothing. I have tried the up, down, both, all three, just short of pulling the battery. Which is going to be a mess.

You don't say!

I was basically referring to if the phone in anyway shape or form can get to the boot logo then it's savable.

It's pretty damn hard to brick a Android phone, the only way I managed to do it was by driving over my OG Droid 1 back in the day!

Its never fun. And it always seems like the end of the world.. but once you get it working, its back to amazing

I just have to keep it off the bed during date night. I think that is how it got "boot loader'ed"
I just hope it was not calling people during date night.

So I guess the battery was done.

This phone did this right after I got it as a replacement for my 1st one that the screen broke on.
So I had not sent my old phone back yet. This morning I swapped the battery out. And it fired right back up.

opening the case was. Even with my smart phone tool kit. Its all dual side taped. Then the battery is also taped. I might try and jump start the other battery with my lipo charger and see if it works.

The battery contacts are held in by screws.
