call out your pick for player of the game.

my pick is David Akers

I think the ravens defense is going to come up with some big stops in the red zone and Akers is gonna be MONEY!

^You are bold. I need to think about this real hard. If anything the major point will either be Gore or Kaepernick if the team can grind and score. If it's a low end scoring game, I got my eyes on Bowman.

Akers is terrible IMO. Misses big kicks a lot. I'm a bears fan, and having Robbie Gould is amazing. Because Cutler can't find an end zone for his life, so when Hester or the defense gets us in fg range, good to have Gould as long as jay doesn't throw a pic...

I could see this being a game where LaMichael James or Randy Moss come up with a big play (hopefully TD play) as based on the production to this point it seems like the main three Gore, Davis & Crabtree will be the guys the Ravens will be forced to try and contain which should spring one of the first two (if not Kap himself).

Well if you were actually a niner fan, you would know that Akers has been $$$ and spot on for years.

This is his first bad season in a LONG time.

Bold prediction but I think this is the game where Flacco looks Flaccid thanks to a well rested Justin and Aldon.

49ers win by 10+ and Ray Lewis tears his ACL doing his chicken dance.

"I don't do the gay guys man," Culliver said. "I don't do that. No, we don't got no gay people on the team, they gotta get up out of here if they do.
"Can't be with that sweet stuff. Nah ... can't be ... in the locker room man. Nah."
Lol Cully is not the brighest guy. I dont think he knows which city the teams in. Im expecting some media backlash for this followed by an apology.

Btw is anyone else sick and tired of watching Ray Lewis's bull****? I cant wait till Kaep makes him look slow. This guy really gets on my nerves. Cant believe P52 looks up to him.

I was talking about this season only, I know he has had a great career, just seems everytime I've seen him kick this year he's missed...

Plus 1 on the lewis thing. I get he's retiring, but come on... We get it at this point, you don't need to break down and cry on the 50 yard line after the game. Play the game and respect it, don't make it about you.

Yea, I want the 49ers to attack Ray lewis, by Vernon Davis or LMJ/Kaeper/Gore and just show the speed we have on the field.

Culliver will probably get some backlash, not smart to say something like that.

San Francisco 49ers' Joe Staley cried over change - NFL.com

The video attached has Dave Dameshek asking some of our players why they are called the "49ers". It's a bit sad that not everyone knows why being that they play for the team.

Steve Young 'really jealous' of 49ers' pistol formation - NFL.com

"Matt Maiocco points out an incredible stat: Young never even took a snap out of the shotgun during his career. Not one. Kaepernick might be a descendent of Young in the history of mobile quarterbacks, but the game has dramatically changed since the last 49ers Super Bowl."

That was pretty sad.. how could you not know what your mascot is from/about?

Should be required to know that when joining a team
