Official: 49ers 2012-2013 Season Thread!
So.....we got the pack guys. We need a big game from Gore, a few good runbacks from LMJ, and Kaepernick running a lot of play action plays where he can choose to hand it off or take it himself. Mix in a little passing game from K to crabtree and we come away with a win.
...I AM GOING TO THE GAME! CANNOT ****ING WAIT....
ps....going with a buddy who is a die hard pack fan! ahhaha should be a drunk night

Rodgers is a smart QB, I'd suggest staying in the lanes and just collapsing the pocket. The dude can scramble and make plays pretty well.
And after watching RGIII go down in the playoffs, I hope the 49ers understand that the whole option pistol, QB running thing isn't a long term deal. They have to work within the longevity of the NFL, and that means more pocket passing. But that doesn't mean Kaep can't use his legs when he needs to get the score/first down.

Lets see... how many QB's have had more than a handful of successful years with that style?
Oh... zero.... that's right.

I think the niners are gonna loose to GB. I hope not.
But Greenbay has been good all year long and they haven't been healthy. They're healthy now. They have Rodgers. All receivers are finally healthy. 3 usable running back. Woodson is back and Hawk is back.
The niners have to play a perfect game. But what I see happening is this... if GB can stop Gore the niners will get SMASHED. If they shut Gore down and put consistent pressure on the QB he will make mistakes and it will get picked off.
I see Woodson in the backfield. Maybe a fumble returned for a TD?
Sorry... just the way I see it.
I had picked Seattle and Denver... I'm thinking GB is in the mix too.

most likely, i'm not that familiar with the price point of niners tix. was $199 through the niners or through stubhub/CL? a friend of mine has season tix in the upper deck and the face value his are $100 each. sometimes he sells them for less, sometimes for more.. other times just at face value... it really varies on demand.
