Non Subaru-LED Lighting-Who Carries it? Bay Area Shops?
I'm looking for a place that sells LED equipment...like small scale stuff you put together yourself...something that gradients from different colors...maybe even fiber optics.
I'm trying to make some quick cool gifts...picture frame with 50% opaque plastic and lights behind it to make it look cool to hang on a wall.
I've been to a robot place in MV like 10 years ago but cant find anything.
The stores i search for don't have any, there is MaxBright in SJ that i need to call tomorrow hopefully that works.
Thanks for any info

I'm thinking T.A.P. Plastics might have most of what you're looking for. The last shop I was in (San Rafael) had some of those multi-color plastic strands with different light colors coming out of them on display...not sure if that's exactly what you're looking for or not.

yeah that might work, i didnt even think of TAP, thanks.
Also at target they have these toys called moon beams and they strobe to the beat of music, so i might take those apart and make something cool. Just wont be bright enough to illuminate a whole frame of plastic.
Its a cool gift idea too, for anyone else who's stumped...or havent began to shop for others yet
