Bay Area Photographers - Lighting equipment question
I stumbled on this at techbargains. Is this worth the money? I don't know what brands are good..

I would prefer the flood lights that you get from home depot with a sheet over the front. They work about the same, except you don't get the flash. It's just fill lighting.
