Yes, ALL firearms purchased requires a 10 day wait period UNLESS C&R and you have a license

if someone here is getting a bit confused GOOD!

this illustrates just how many stupid laws regarding firearms we already have in CA and NONE of them have really helped put a dent in the amount of gun violence or illegal guns found on felons and criminals

and we have not even talked about required lock purchase at time of sale or handgun safety course and valid card

i think a lot of people are confused between a Military style assault rife and a the civilian version.
the differences are night a day and not the people killing machines the media likes to scare with

I enjoyed that, didnt learn anything new, but enjoyed it . Really basic/simple stuff, but if you know nothing about guns, it is informative.

shotguns rifles and lowers all have a 10day wait the 1-30 is for handguns
You have to be ****ting me..

You previously posted saying that you, by law, can only purchase ONE firearm every 30 days. You then went on to tell everyone to shut the **** up because they didnt know the laws.
I responded telling you that YOU were wrong, and you can buy as many rifles, shotguns, lowers, ect as you dam well please in 30 days.
You then went back and edited your retarded post of YOU being the one who seems to not know the laws

You have since gone back and edited every one of your posts at 5pm to fix all the bull**** you said, only to make it seem like you never "spread bull****" as you said everyone else was doing.

O really..

1st I didn't tell everyone to STFU but you could if you'd like

your right I did because I was referring to the 1-30 on new hand guns and edited to be specific but my original BITiich was over ONLY what i highlighted which was the notion that you only have to have your background checked ONCE to buy when ever

sorry I was on a mobile and that was my fault for being lazy in spelling out the law in my original post

I was talking about the 30 day wait. Plus, there is no LIMIT to how many you can purchase because they are considered "used" in a PPT (even if the firearm is brand new). You still have the background check and 10 day wait because that applies to ALL firearms and must be done through someone with a FFL. My buddy has his FFL.

^This. NEW being the key word.

Don't know why you'd bother looking for AR 15 items right now.
It's so dry. You'll just end up paying hell for them. $1 per bullet to shoot. damn. There's a place in los gatos right now selling lowers 100% for $450. Ridonkulous.

Things will level out eventually. Backorders to be filled. The frenzy will fizzle.

Me, I just pick up a ruger 10/22 and I have a GSG ak47 22LR in jail. Granted 22LR is hard to find, but at $20-30 per box 500- my pockets will thank me.

Check cal-guns. Once in a blue moon, someone is selling something without trying to gouge.

Good luck finding stuff for your build - within reason.
