Honey's Kettle is the winner.
FKC... not good anymore
Popeyes is good... but canjun rice is ok
Church's Spicy Chicken is good. regular one is ok
Pioneer is good... they even have fish
Albertson's chicken is actually good too... specially with the price tag

Big mama's kitchen. I was there for BBQ but I see fried chicken on the menu!!!

the bbq combo... the sauce is very wet. Food is ok. I like it.
the chicken. the dirty rice and hush puppies are ok.

I used to go the the one on Divisadero and Hayes...that one's not bad. Parking sux though. Plus I always hated walking back up that damn hill.
I dont know the one of which you speak, and Im sure a few are scattered around in decent spots (hell they're the second biggest food chain in South Korea!) but Here in SF, they only seem to be in the shady parts of town 
Best home cookin fried chicken I have had was at Ma Pinky's in San Mateo. Hole in the wall, but wowamazing food and they do it all with wood fire.
BTW that bowl looks like a crap version of a white-man's Loco Moco more than anything else. Replace the gravy with rice, chicken with Spam, and gravy - oh no you don't the gravy stays put... BAM - loco moco.
This all reminds me how much fast food truly sucks ***.
