You ate TWO??

(K)iller
(F)*****g
(C)olonic

^At least that's what works for me.

If I'm ever constipated, I just go get a two piece meal, and sit on the throne and enjoy...

...fast relief.

Each one of those things is only 740 Calories and 54% of your recommended fat intake. Just drink some red wine and you should be fine.
