1. did you have anything illegal?

2. and did the police find it?

otherwise, if you have NOTHING illegal, did you tell them that and THEY STILL gave you one?

my GF got pulled over in her bone stock evo MR because cop said her headlights are modified---
STOCK MR HID's---she was driving
I asked him how he knew they weren't stock politely and he said he just did and that a "honda" like this won't come with it stock
after we showed him the Reg and it CLEARLY says Mistubishi ........he said that it's the same thing

I got a question about SJPD. You guys definitely knew about the meets for at least a year.

1. If you were so sure that the meets was a bunch of street racers, why didn't you do something about it earlier? You are telling me all the patrols rolling through the area, not once, until last night, did anything about it?

2. How many street racers did you actually catch last night? How about the other night before last night? I just want to get an idea how well our tax dollars are being spent.

3. You guys have high school diplomas, right? You guys are literate enough to speak and read English? CVC 27150, 27151, and the CHP Bulletin 98-100. Why don't you put your education to use and spend 10 minutes relearning these finer points.

see it's cases like this, where i say "if you have the time and resources..." btw, when i say resources, i mean MONEY.

if this were me, i would hire a lawyer to get an injuction against the LE agency that is doing this.

for all they know, they are part of a revenue generating team. they wont stop until there are no more cars to ticket or they BUSTED.

if you get a very understanding judge, this crap is so simple to kill...

 

my friend was a cop and he said you'll be surprise how many people cusses at him when he's on duty.

that is the worst when it's factory and getting ticketed for aftermarket parts. my friend got a modified exhaust ticket for his factory G35.

 

BoostedB my ticket has the same sticker on the back stating no officer sign off and has to be off the road until settled.....

Come one I know there are more people that got pulled over. Wondering if there were anyone who got pulled over and not ticketed?
