Just curious, I don't know if it's a race thing, seems like all of us were Asian/Pacific Islander that got pulled over and ticketed.

state ref station is closed, but for some reason they are giving out state ref way more than before



nope.... no matter how stock looking your car can be. or how legal your parts are.

an officer just have to say is "he doesnt know what his looking at. and thats more enought reason to send you to the ref.

 

most city's are going broke nowadays... they need their money some how. Cant get money from writing a ticket for a robbery or a car jacking.

If you cant catch the thieves, murderers, and rapists, might as well catch the REAL hard core criminals... street racers that don't race and eat chicken wings

Just call a civil rights lawyer. They love profiling and discrimination cases. That's their bread and butter, and what better than to sue a police department and get lots of moola. The reason they're doing it, is because modified cars are easy targets and a great source of revenue.
