yeah mine is shinny, but you know what I really don't think it would have mattered anyway. They just had it out to pull over and ref as many cars as they could tonight. maybe there would be a prize for the one who pulled over the most

I also got stopped
Officer Foster said I sped down taylor and stopped me on the 87 S ramp. Popped my hood and said my intake was illegal.
I argued in a polite way that I purchased my car with the K&N air filter and its CARB legal and if it wasn't how did the dealer pass smog.

He also said he was part of the SJPD street racers group

I'm very tempted to take the back state ref sticker off.

Cliff notes
talked the officier out of the speeding ticket
got a state ref for an "illegal intake"

We made it home ok. Karl and I were going towards 880 and i saw three cops pull uturns but then let us go without pulling us over. Then we got on freeway and a cop got between karl and I but then exited freeway. We made it home ok. Sorry for everyone getting reffed that sucks ***. :/ from what i also understand it was a sting on street racers.

Yeah, I was followed rather closely for awhile. I seriously thought those cops pullin' a U-turn was gonna go after us.
