A/F gauge I can see as being illegal. But I cannot see a turbo timer, especially one that just counts. That means that Subaru sells illegal boost gauges because it taps one of the vacuum lines? The logic that some of the people use is just wrong. But what can you do since you are at the mercy of that tester.

Yes, you can't have a turbo timer cause that taps the ECU, which CA wants to see unaltered.

I then went to the Police dept to see how long it would take for the ticket to get processed.
It turns out that the Officer says they have no record of my ticket

I'm still going to go back to court in 30 days to see if it has been processed.

So I went to the court house today and it turns out that my ticket is not in the system yet.
The ticket was issued on 9/20/08. The lady stamped my ticket and said come back in 30 days.
I then went to the Police dept to see how long it would take for the ticket to get processed.
It turns out that the Officer says they have no record of my ticket
I'm still going to go back to court in 30 days to see if it has been processed.
