Insurance

So I have had Allstate insurance for ever. Seems that they are getting awful expensive. And considering that I have never had to use them, Im not sure how they actually are as far as customer service. So who do you use? Have you had claims and has it been positive? I googled the top rated and it came up as Amica. Anyone have them?

Thanks all.

I use State Farm. I haven't had to use them for a claim yet but their rates are reasonable.

I have 3 cars and home owners through them. My parents have 3 houses, an RV, a boat and 2 cars through them. My brother has 2 cars and home owners through them.

They were dicks after my folks filed a couple home owner claims. So I'm not sure how much faith I have in them. I figure I'll deal with it when they try to jack my rates for a claim.

I had mercury before. They were awesome for the claims I had to file with them but I found out after being with them for like 8 years that they had me WAY under covered. And the dude was a major dick when I challenged him on it. I suggest staying away from them.

Just shop your rates and then go back to all state. They might be able to deal with you to keep you.

I have AAA, I have filed unfortunately multiple claims all with 100% positive results. If you would like a quote I can refer you to my agent which has helped a few people on this forum get a pretty good rate as well.

I have Geico, they seem pretty cool but I have never made a claim. I had AAA before Geico and was accused of hitting a car in my old SRT8 Magnum but they investigated it and found me not to be at fault. I only switched because AAA was getting too pricey.
