idiotic shifting question
vapor, I was going to suggest getting together. Over on shoreline, at the end of the road there is a huge parking lot. If you want to cruiise over there one of these days and go through some things, I'd be happy to help you out. I'm not saying I am gods gift to driving, but I will say I'm not a novice. I live in Mtn. View so meeting won't be a problem.

eh heal toe is easy in a race car with no carpet but a pita with a full interior imo atleast... + the 4wheel drive and cluncky tranny doesnt help either
i got good at heal toe in my integra but in the subie i found it to be not so easy

Just convinced my roommate to get a DSM (he couldn't afford a Suby in good shape). It's a 5spd 92 Eclipse GS-T.... problem is, he's never driven a stick before. Teaching him was torture, but I think he's almost got it.
