question regarding shifting with a clutch/flywheel upgrade

I just installed my exedy clutch/flywheel setup. organic street disc setup. I noticed it doesnt grab harder then my stock one did which is nice. my question is whast the best way to be shifting under hard driving? the stock one I would just shift pretty hard. due to the increase in grab the car jolts alot harder. and I am not in the market from breaking a new gearset. just wondering about others technique for shifting with upgraded clutch setups. BTW i also have an RA geareset. thanks
