Bill Knose did the original program, and has inspected the car since the engine went in. He's getting data/reports from Gary & Dan and has been emailing updated maps. I really can't imagine that Bill would make a simple mistake without catching it on the 2nd or 3rd pass.
We thought this was pinned down to bad injectors when we swapped back in the stockers/standard program and the idle cleaned up (not to mention DW's horrible rep for their side feeds). BUT now that it's got different injectors in place and is still doing the same crap at idle.
The boys at Mann say they've checked all the sensors a couple of times... I believe them.
All of this labor is on-them so they've got every incentive to find the problem without having the pull the motor again.
I (and they) figure that a fried ECM would mean a no-start. Cobb in SoCal wanted nothing to do with this when I spoke with them today, I'm calling Austin on Monday.

It's on E85. I spoke with Cobb this morning and decided to order the V3 upgrade.
It'll be here tomorrow - god it would be nice if this worked

If this is the issue, it will clear up as the engine starts to warm up. You could also try switching to 91 and see if it clears up.

Your initial build is something I'm considering duping and want to see how this ends up. (As in 16G-XTR on STi)
I see you've gone multiple levels beyond that (E85!) and wonder where you'll end up power and response wise once sorted.

FU UPS

Cust service's only function seems to be cutting and pasting information from the FAQ section of the website. A supervisor was supposed to call me 3 hours ago.
This goddamned nightmare won't end
