Good point, I am in the process of paying for my home. Point being...
I am not renting anymore... thank god.
As far as anyone raining on my parade... couldn't happen... I have never been happier.
Wife, son, family, new house, my subie, dogs... besides a bigger turbo what else could a guy want?
Plus with ICB version of This Old House, it current happening so I don't have time to care.

Progress after day 5:
So it is 3:40am and I am just quitting for they day, started @ 6am yesterday. I painted the entire house excpe a couple accent walls. I also preped for tile.
Today:
Start laying the flooring 1200 sq ft of laminate. 300 sq ft of tile. 1500 sq ft Total
Paint accent walls
Minor roof repair
So it is 3:40am and I am just quitting for they day, started @ 6am yesterday. I painted the entire house excpe a couple accent walls. I also preped for tile.

sounds like my schedule when I remodeled my house so we could live in it. well almost....it took me 9 months, but i was working 9 hours a day too
