Yeah big scooby meet when I am all done with the renovations.
My wife says you're all welcome as long as you bring beer and food.
Progress after day #1
Spent close to $8k yesterday and got everything I need except for appliances. Was gonna only spend $5k but then forgot about redoing one of the bathrooms.
Yesterday I tore out the old laminate floors and tile in the kitchen.
Removed old appliances.
Today:
Tear out remaining carpet anf various flooring throughout the house and prep for painting

Got all the old carpet and padding out. Also ripped out old vinyl floor. Got all the base board removed. And did some minor paint prep.
Today:
Finish sheetrock repair work and other odds prior to paint, finish paint prep and prime interior. If I get everything primed I hope to start real painting in the afternoon. Tuesday I hope to finish paint and am able to start on laying tile.

As far as how much I spent on my house, I bought it for 250k because of the work that needs to be done. Its a def fixer upper.
Lots of houses up here in that price range.
