I just had the living crap scared out of me!
I'm sitting in my room surfing the web... I have a giant flat screen (not flat panal) TV to the right of me which is turned of... I'm sitting here with everything off other than my CPU and the bathroom light which lights up part of my room with ambient dim light...
Anyway, I'm sitting here when I hear the friggin TV turn on (it's a tube, so it's loud when you turn it on and off, has a distinctive CLUNK when you turn the power on), then it turns off, then on again!
All by itself... I friggin leap out of my chair and grab the pistol that is next to me (on my desk)... I was so freaked out that I didn't think of what could have caused it.... F'!!!
I look over to the bed and see my dog looking at me like I'm a maniac, then I realize that he's the one who turned the TV on and off by stepping on the remote control while it was under the covers and not visible! Holy relief batman! I don't believe in ghosts or anything, I just thought that someone broke in and was trying to distract me with the TV turning on and off or something... I don't even know what I was thinking actually, but I haven't got that scared in a loooong *** time
I totally acted like a 10 year old girl! hahahha... Just had to share.
