Haha well thanks for the welcome everyone. Where do you guys go to fix minor curb damage. My dad drove my car once and kinda screwed up my right side parallel parking.. Any good places since not getting new wheels any time soon.

^ Wow you serious? Well how bad is the curbage. Is it skimmed off the top?

Theres several shop names thrown around, they are the same shops that do wheel repairs. Theres wheel techniques, wheels americas, bay area wheel repair along with a bunch I never had or heard any experience with. So far among the reviews from my friends (and shop friends who frequently use the service) they said to stay away from wheel techniques because of unpar repair and paint qualities. The rest I have no idea about whether they do shotty work or not. Obviously theres more to wheel repair than meets the eye, I say the same about detailing and automotive paint correction, and if you know the processes, you can pinpoint out those who know what they are doing, and those who are faking it.

I think wheels america has given good results so far from what I have seen.

Yeah, I was pissed off! My dad was like I'm good at driving manuals.. He's great and taught me everything I know but I think he's turning blind lol. I want my wheels fixed though.

I know the process of actually doing wheel repair but I dont have the tools to do it haha. really its only removing all the paint by sand blasting it, then sand the affected areas, then you go ahead and fill in the area and make it level with the rest of the wheel with a metal bonding agent.. then primer than repaint the wheel lol. Its a whole process, but I dont have the tools for it which sucks
