Ok well I went and had Kevin over at Carlsen help me out tonight and learned something interesting.

First of all my throttle cable was too tight and needed adjustment... ya I figured that one

My throttle body was getting gunked up inside and needs to be cleaned, I made an appointment with him next week at his shop.

The cause of throttle body getting gunked up was my K&N filter, he said they're bad for Subaru's cause they gunk up the MAF sensor and can gunk up the throttle body like it did on my car.

BTW thanks Fryrice for PMing me about Kevin he REALLY helped out and knew exactly what was wrong, now I can focus on getting the car fixed and not wondering whats wrong.

 

Jeff....does Kevin have his own shop? Or did you must mean Carlsen?

yes kevin have is own shop.... i think he only goes there after work. I have my clutch install by him. Plus my suspension redone thanks to a "company" that gave me countless uber problem but that's a differnet story.

 

does anynone know Kevins' I-Club ID? is he on at all nowadays?
