Is it not amazing that people can spend the time to post links to other threads, bash someone for bad grammar, double post, whatever, but not spend the same (or lesser) amount of time actually answering a question?

The law as it is written is vague regarding intercoolers, which probably means that it is up to the interpretation of the actual tech inspecting your car.

the law states very little about intercoolers.. old rules stated not changes, new rules state intercoolers don't matter...
